This includes a initial interview, 1 HTMA test (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis , to better understand what is going on in your body. We will then build off the Initial Interview with weekly check-ins via email/text/video call/phone (your preference). This package also includes two in person check ins (hour long sessions) at the six and twelve week mark.
